New COVID-19 Guidelines for Guardians

The National Guardianship Association, along with the American Bar Association Commission on Law and Aging and the National Center for State Courts recently published a worksheet for Guardians, available here.

This is an important resource. Much of the advice in the worksheet applies to family members acting under a durable power of attorney. And the worksheet contains a lot of valuable information, even if you are not a fiduciary.
